Remove the two retaining screws that secure the gauge cluster.


Tilt the gauge cluster top towards you and down, then pull towards you a couple of inches to pop the lower half free from the lower retaining clips.


Lower the top of the cluster downward as far as you can so your hand can fit behind the cluster. There are two wiring harness plugs that need to be removed. The white one is nearest the top of the cluster and is the one you remove first. Squeeze the finger-grip tab on the top and the other one on the bottom of the plug -- it should then pull straight out. Below that is a red plug and it's removed the same way.


The gauge cluster can now be wiggled out of its cavity.
