The living and dining rooms seemed too compartmentalized and the dining room was definitely too small to hold a table for four adults. Plus the wall paper than came with the house was plain ugly and made the place look old. So we decided to give the place a face lift and "give" ourselves more room -- what a noticable and useful difference it made! Started in October, took our time (I did all the finish work -- whew!), plus the archway modification, ended up finishing mid-summer.

Paying over $100/month to keep stuff in a storage facility is just a waste of money so we decided to install a 10'x14' Tuff-Shed. It will pay for itself in 27 months plus increase the property value ;-)
