338 viewsJust testing the left DRL LED array directly to the relay box. Used the camera flash to 'dim' the LEDs so they wouldn't wash out the picture. They are so bright that it can be seen that they are on.

338 viewsNew basket placed within. Use 4 bolts, snugged in a star pattern, to seat the basket onto the hub.

338 viewsNow remove the 4 bolts, apply thread locker, and install the 8 bolts according to the workshop manual. The local Ducati dealership said it would be perfectly fine to reuse the bolts. I had to hold the clutch basket and torque down the bolts...it was NOT easy! I had no tool to hold it. Next time I'll get a tool or hold the basket and have someone else torque the bolts. I originally removed the bolts with my air gun so there was no need to hold the OEM basket.

Fingernails help here.336 viewsPut your fingers between the headlamp bucket and the chrome headlamp ring and pull the bottom of the headlamp out. It only needs to travel a centimeter or two for it to be free. Unhook the top and carefully lay the headlamp on the fluffy towel you placed on the fender (that's a hint).

336 viewsJust after sunset. At the time I took these pictures it was brighter out than what appears in the images. The LEDs are bright enough to the camera that it used a faster shutter speed, thus making the image look darker than it really is.
