291 viewsHere's the hoses merged together. Cut the bleed hose about 6" down and insert the horizontal part of the tee. Connect the 8" hose. Done!

290 viewsLeft side. The front wheel stand and center body cradle can both be removed, as well as the gray twist-tie holding the bike down.

290 viewsI installed the new wire on the same path as the stock wire, just moved the zip-tie a little closer to the right so the wire wouldn't rub on the oil line fitting. I tried to position the wires from rubbing against any parts.

287 viewsI'm holding the hose that I'm going to merge and thus remove. The one near the bottom of the picture with the brass hose clamp is the hose that will remain and thus serve as the bleed and drainage line.

287 viewsA look inside. Two styles of 90-degree plugs and connectors. The 180-degree ends are already on the ends and ready for use.

284 viewsHere's the StompGrip on the tank. The adhesive backing is 3M and it is sticky! So get everything lined up, triple checked, then peel the backing off. Place the StompGrip inbetween the marks and get it right the first time because the stuff is STICKY!

283 viewsPut the plug wire on the spark plug and figure out how long you need it. This was a short wire and I had half left over. Motorcycle spark plug wires tend to be shorter than your average V8.

283 viewsThe connectors used to make a single pig-tail extension. These are known as AMP Junior Power Timer connectors (.250" or 250 connectors).

282 viewsI used the pick to pull back the OEM wire bale that holds the female connector to the injector. The small screwdriver is then used to keep the bale from snapping back while pulling the bale further out with the pick.

280 viewsThe rear suspension is twist-tied to the exhaust. Delicate procedure to remove it. I didn't see its purpose. The rear stand is 100% functional.
new_spark_plugs_006.jpg
280 viewsThe front coil. The dull black one to the left is the original Ducati plug wire and my new one is on the right.

278 viewsThis is the drainage hose that I'm removing. I'm just going to tee it into the existing bleed hose, that's all.

278 viewsShowing the left spark plug wire on the front (horizontal) cylinder. The Taylor kit came with dielectric grease which I smeared on the inside of both end boots. This helps keep moisture out and further insulates things.

276 viewsHow it looks on the bike. Not as pretty as I had hoped but, man, does it work!
T-lines_003.jpg
274 viewsWhat you need: A barbed "T"-fitting that's 1/4" at each end. I used an 8" piece of fuel line instead of cutting the original drainage hose.
